Internet disruption at Public Libraries

MBOMBELA – Due to technical problems, Internet and WiFi services has been disrupted in some public libraries in Mpumalanga.
"The department is currently facing technical challenges on the rollout of free Internet that is installed and made available in public community libraries. The department apologises to library users who have been affected by the disruption of Internet. The department is working tirelessly on ensuring that Internet is reconnected at public libraries," explained the department's Sibongile Nkosi.
In the meantime, Nkosi added, that the public can use the following libraries that have internet connection: Silindile Public Library (Msukaligwa Municipality), Khululwazi (Chief Albert Municipality), Ogies (eMalahleni), Acornhoek (Bushbuckridge), Shatale (Bushbuckride), Mafemane (Bushbuckridge), Masoyi, Msogwaba, KaBokweni, Zwelisha, Mbombela, Nelsville, Valencia, Matsulu (City of Mbombela), Kamaqhekeza, Mgobodzi and Emtfuntini (Nkomazi).

"The department asks for patience during this period and will keep the public updated on the progress made on reconnecting the 97 libraries, " concluded Nkosi.
