aking Legislature to the People: Oversight visit of the Portfolio Committee on Culture Sport and Recreation to the Saul Mkhize Piblic Library, Saul Mkhize Village, Mkhondo Municipality. The Portfolio Committee on Culture Sport and Recreation is currently sitting at the Saul Mkhize Library. Befire the actual sitting, The Chairperson has declared the Library as a formal seat if the Legislature for the purposes if the sitting. The Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature doing an oversight visit to Government projects in the Mkhondo Municipality as part of the taking the Legislature to the People which is on it's second day. The MEC for Culture Sport and Recreation Ms Leah Mabuza, HOD Mr Godfrey Sibusiso Ntombela and Senior Managers are in attendance representing the Department. A brief presentation was done by the HOD who painted the picture of the operations of the Library to the members of the Portfolio Committee. This was followed by inputs, discussions and clarity seeking questions.The visit will conclude with an In Loco inspection by Committee members
